Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.

Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds And Exchange

Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

Before delivering to your address, JH Home Appliances will perform thorough inspection of the products to ensure all are brand new unless being mentioned otherwise. When delivered, customers are required to inspect during assembling and placement process. If found any defect, kindly inform our staff on the spot and we proceed for an exchange. The exchange will no longer valid after the delivery is completed.

We strictly do not allow any cash refund on defective items, such as damaged or broken items. We also do not allow any cash refund on mismatch item or changing of mind.

Shipping Policy

Delivery will be within 7 working days, unless stated otherwise. You are advised to group your items in one order as this will help to reduce the processing time.

All deliveries will be handed over to our courier partners. Any amendment or rescheduling of delivery is required to be informed directly to them.
